  I'm updating my review because my previous one was before moving to Haven. Long story short, we love it here. The staff is friendly and helpful to the best of their ability (respect is a two-way street to those of you who complain about the staff). The maintenance team does a great job. People complain about little inconveniences, but in reality, this is a new development and they're still working out the kinks. Several successful resident gatherings have been put on by leasing staff and I loved them. I will say that people here tend to have unrealistic expectations of an apartment community. This place is pretty close to being perfect, but I hear a lot of complaints about small things like the mail room, grounds, etc. When in reality, any time a problem has occurred, the leasing staff address it immediately via email and small fixes here and there just seem to happen when they're needed (i.e. new mulch in the dog pen in the middle of winter). The construction of the buildings is what it is. It's the same as anywhere else in this "luxury" market, but in my experience, it surpasses anything else I've ever rented in this price range. The amenities are plentiful and available 24 hours. The buildings are secure and pretty quiet. The only complaint I have is that people here do not follow the rules. On multiple occasions, there are children running amuck in the fitness center (which is an adult-only space and unsafe for kids), playing with weight machines, etc. People don't pick up after their dogs. Trash is left in hallways on days where we all know trash isn't being picked up (along with excessive recyclables, which we are told do NOT get picked up by valet trash service). And that's not Haven's fault, it's the residents who think they can do whatever they want. Seriously people, just follow the rules and your complaints will probably disappear. The Haven has done a wonderful job of creating a community here. My best advice would be to move here if you're on the fence, and just be a decent human being and you'll love it.
